Gas Prices Don’t “Go Up” — They are Raised. Big Difference.

Energy company executives make these decisions. Prices don’t go up as if by natural force.

The false mental model in every financial scam is this: that controllable man-made forces like the market are simply uncontrollable natural forces like gravity. Know that, and you’ll see the economy in a different, more accurate light.

Like every good visionary, I get loud when my predictions come true. Today will be no exception … as I foresaw a few sentences ago.

A hot topic these days in March 2022 are gas prices. Spring is arriving in the USA, and gas prices are up. A lot. Why is this? I believe it’s this simple: Gas prices are up because it’s almost spring, and energy companies always raise their prices in the spring.

Note this key difference in my language (and the language of the propaganda from the energy companies): Gas prices don’t “go up.” They are RAISED. Big difference.

The correct way to say it and think about it is, “Gas prices are raised by the energy companies.” Energy company executives make these decisions.
